Tranmere story
Harvey Read Saunders is an English striker born in Wolverhampton. He developed in north-east non-league football with Darlington Railway Athletic, Bishop Auckland, Durham City and Darlington before joining Fleetwood Town in 2019.
Saunders later represented Hartlepool United on loan and joined Bristol Rovers in 2021, forming part of their promotion-winning squad. Tranmere Rovers signed him from Bristol Rovers for an undisclosed fee in January 2023.
